Data can be imported or exported into the table. A table must exist in order to import/export data.
Data must be in Tab deliminated/separated
format in order to import into the application. Open the data-file in your preferred spreadsheet application. Click on the Import button located in the Table tab you want to import the data into. Next, copy data from the spreadsheet application and paste it into the Import Data form. At the bottom of the form, select the cell where you want data copy to begin by identifying the row and column numbers.
Click on the Export button in the Table tab. Copy data from the table and paste it into your desktop application.
